Our Goal
Is to provide essential support and development opportunities for distressed, needy, neglected, and vulnerable mothers and newborns in deprived areas of Ghana. We aim to improve their social and economic conditions by offering the necessary assistance to sustain their lives. Our focus is particularly on women and children, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need to thrive and build a better future.

Fortitude Child Support Foundation (FCSF) is a legally registered non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Ghana committed to positively impacting the lives of mothers and children nationwide. Our mission is to ensure that high-quality healthcare is accessible to all, regardless of background, promoting equitable healthcare services throughout the country. FCSF also engages communities in environmental management and climate change adaptation and mitigation.

Mother and Child Development
We strive to create a more inclusive and equitable society by using advocacy, collaboration, and empowerment programs to influence policy actions, change behaviours that advance gender equality, and protect the fundamental human rights of all people. Through our awareness programs, we uphold the dignity of all persons, creating equal opportunities for women and children.
Our initiatives aim to equip women with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to participate actively in civic life, assume leadership roles, advocate for gender equality mentorship, and contribute to community development
Climate Change and Empowerment
Community Empowerment and Climate Change: FSCF supports rural and urban populations in remaining resilient through climate change adoption and mitigation activities. These are done through participatory monitoring and evaluation approaches, with the goal of creating a safe, resilient environment for posterity.
- Activities: We utilize clean cooking stoves to empower women to adopt better nutritional options. We engage communities through Chiefs and Queen Mothers to educate them on the impact of climate change and environmental conservation.
